Instructions

1

Cut and tenderize chicken breasts, then let them marinate for at least 3 hours in the marinade: 150ml beer, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon grill seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon dried garlic, 1 teaspoon salt (this quantity was for 8 cutlets). Then fry the meat in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.

2

Peel and slice potatoes into 0.5cm rounds, place in a baking dish, sprinkle with dried rosemary and drizzle with oil, mix well and place in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. When they start to turn golden, sprinkle with grated cheese and pour cream over them, season with salt and mix. Return to the oven and bake until golden brown.
