Instructions
Fry slices of beef quickly in a little oil, season with salt and smear with mustard. Set them aside for a while and in the same pan, sauté small diced pieces of smoked bacon. Add finely chopped onion and fry until brown (do not burn, just fry longer) until a nice brown juice forms. Return the meat, add some water, and simmer covered over low heat with occasional stirring. Later, do not add water anymore, but braise further in pickle juice and simmer longer.
Before the end of simmering, add diced two sterilized pickles, sauté briefly, then uncover the pot and let most of the liquid evaporate. If needed, thicken with a tablespoon of flour mixed in cold water and simmer slowly for at least 15 minutes.
Serve with rice. Great lunch... I recommend and wish you a good taste
