Wash the beef meat and cook it together with a bouillon cube in a pressure cooker for about an hour until tender.

Peel the onion, chop it into small cubes, and sauté in oil until dark, being careful not to burn it. Once the onion is brown, add the tomato paste with spices and cook for about 5 minutes while stirring constantly. Pour this prepared base with the broth from the cooked meat.

Season the creamy tomato sauce to taste with salt and serve with dumplings and slices of cooked meat.
