In the children's pools in Lučivná, where I worked .. we made this goulash with peas. I really liked it and believe it or not.. it was called Hungarian in the menu. I don't know why they also added peas.. maybe for the kids, because they really liked it. I think the appropriate name would be Lučivná Goulash.. what do you think? :)

Fry chopped onions until golden, add chopped pork, sear it, season with salt, pepper (add marjoram just before the end), cover and let it simmer. Stir occasionally, add a little warm water if needed. When the meat is almost tender, add garlic and peas. Simmer, add a little water to have some sauce for dumplings, and thicken slightly with a smooth flour mixture by mixing it in water and pouring it into the meat.

Let the goulash boil well, add marjoram, stir, remove from heat and serve on a plate. Finally, when we have the goulash on the plate, grate cheese and enjoy. Good taste ;-)
