Instructions

1

Rinse the chicken breasts and cut them into slices, then gently pound them until thin. Season with salt, black pepper, and dried garlic. Prepare the meat this way and fry it quickly in heated lard or oil. Fry on both sides until it has a nice golden color.

2

Remove the fried cutlets to a plate and add finely chopped onion and mushrooms to the pan drippings. If needed, add a bit of oil to prevent burning. Sauté, sprinkle with flour, lightly toast, and add water. Initially, stir constantly, later only occasionally, and cook the sauce for about 10 minutes. Of course, don't forget to season it with salt, black pepper, and soy sauce. When you feel it's ready, place the fried chicken cutlets in the sauce and let it simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes to blend the flavors before removing from heat.

3

Meanwhile, prepare the potatoes, preferably in the American style, which can be baked in the oven or fried in oil as fries. When frying them, after removing them, season with salt and lightly sprinkle with ready-made American potato seasoning. An excellent side dish is also a sweet and sour vegetable salad. Enjoy!
