Cut 1/2 of the chicken breasts into slices and dice the other 1/2. Prepare the chicken dices for marinating by adding ketchup and mustard, and gradually spices according to taste - black pepper, turmeric for flavor enhancement, salt, marjoram. Mix the mixture well and let it marinate in the fridge. The longer they marinate, the more intense the flavor of the meat will be. However, marinate at least the night before.
Coat the chicken slices in a three-layer coating of flour-eggs-breadcrumbs and fry them in the traditional way for schnitzels. Peel and dice the potatoes, cook them in salted water. After cooking, drain all the water, mash them, add a piece of butter and processed cheese. Mix the potatoes until a mash is formed. Season with salt as needed.
Make an omelette from the remaining eggs in a pan. Then fry the marinated chicken dices until golden brown. Enjoy!
