This patty was born out of curiosity - I wanted to try something different from the classic pork. The result? Absolutely amazing. Crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and cheese melting out when sliced. The first time I made it, it disappeared from the plate before I could even take a picture. And since then, it has become one of the top dishes I cook at home when I want something 'extra good'.

Instructions
1
Add egg, breadcrumbs, mustard, crushed garlic, salt, pepper, and marjoram to the ground meat. Mix thoroughly.
2
Shape the meat into patties, place a slice of cheese in the center, and seal it to prevent leakage. Reshape into a patty shape.
3
Coat them traditionally - first in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.
4
Fry on medium heat until golden brown on both sides. If they are thicker, you can finish cooking them in the oven at 180°C for a few minutes.
5
Serve with mashed potatoes and pickles.
