ROLL- I made it from 1 kg of minced meat, 4 older buns, 3 eggs, grated onion, garlic, salt, marjoram, black pepper, ground paprika. Soak the buns in a little milk and add the other ingredients. Knead the meat dough. Place aluminum foil on the table, grease it with oil and spread the meat into a rectangle. Add boiled eggs, sausages, bacon (whatever you like) and shape it using the foil, then place it on a baking paper. Sprinkle the top with breadcrumbs and bake covered with foil. At 200°C, 30 minutes, then without foil at 180°C for 15 minutes.
MASHED POTATOES- boil the potatoes in salty water. Add butter and mash by hand. Add hot milk and blend with a hand blender.
SALAD- grate the carrot finely and the apple coarsely. Add lemon juice and sugar to water. Pour over the salad.
