Prepare the Beef Goulash as follows: Peel and chop the onion into small pieces.

Wash the beef, cut it into larger cubes. Heat oil in a pot and fry the onion until golden.

Add the meat and sauté for 15 minutes. Add flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, and mix. Pour in the beef broth and let it simmer for 1 hour. Stir occasionally and add more broth as needed.

Cook until the meat is tender. Thicken the goulash with flour if needed.

Gratin Potatoes

Peel, wash, and slice the potatoes into thin rounds. Place them in a baking dish.

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, and salt. Pour over the potatoes. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and cover with foil. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 1 hour.

Serve the cooked potatoes with goulash. Enjoy!
