Roasted Potatoes

Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges, season with salt, sprinkle with rosemary, drizzle with oil, mix well, and place on a baking sheet. Put the pre-cooked knuckle in the center.

Slice onions into larger pieces and add rosemary to the potatoes. Bake for 1 hour covered at 180°C, then uncover and bake at 220°C until golden and the skin is crispy.

Serve with vegetable mix of onions and tangy-spicy mix!

Roasted Pork Knuckle

Boil the knuckle with whole onion, garlic, whole black and allspice, bay leaf, and salt. Cook for about 2.5 hours.
