Mini Tortillas with Chicken Meat and Avocado Dip

Slice the chicken meat into thin strips, season with salt, pepper, add sweet paprika and olive oil.
Fry on a pan until golden brown - about 8-10 minutes, until the meat is juicy.
Meanwhile, prepare the dip - mash the avocado with a fork, add yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and mix.
Briefly heat the tortillas on a dry pan. Fill them with chicken meat, vegetables, and a spoonful of dip.
Roll them into small 'rolls' and pierce with a skewer to hold the shape.
Linda's tip
If you want the tortillas to taste even fresher, add a few leaves of cilantro or tomato slices. And if you are preparing them for kids, omit garlic from the dip - they will love them anyway.
