It is essential to be present while cooking the jam because the sugar with the strawberries will start to foam. If the mixture foams a lot, gradually remove the foam. It is important for the sugar to dissolve and cook for approximately 60 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare canning jars, which must be thoroughly cleaned. We recommend sterilizing them in advance to prevent the jam from spoiling.

Turn the sterilized strawberry jam upside down and let it sit in a dark place for at least 2 days.
