So Kubík inconspicuously 'swept' around one refrigerator after lunch, then around another refrigerator, he even went to check the one in the garage... It didn't occur to me at first, because when I start my 'noodling', I just don't notice. And then it dawned on me!!! We don't have dessert!!! So one quick action...

Instructions

1
Dough

In a bowl, whisk egg yolks with sugar into a thick white foam, then mix in the pudding powder with a cooking spoon and finally add stiffly beaten egg whites with a pinch of salt. Spread the dough on a large baking sheet lined with baking paper, which I also grease with butter for safety. Bake for about 8-10 minutes at 180 degrees.

2

Roll up the slightly cooled sheet with the paper and let it cool completely, then unroll, spread with cream, and while pulling the paper tight, roll it up again. Place the finished roll in the fridge for at least an hour to set.

3

It is a so-called 'shaken' cream, so put everything in a sealed container, cover tightly with a lid and shake for about 2 minutes from side to side until the bowl stops making 'squeaky' sounds. :D

Note

There is a lot of cream in the roll, but that is one of Kub's requirements for the 'right' little flour. :)
