Whisk egg whites with a pinch of salt using a hand mixer until very stiff peaks form. Gradually add sugar and finally fold in flour with nuts using a spatula. Spread on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper, which should be greased with butter, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.

Then remove from the oven, place on a kitchen towel, and while still warm, roll it up and let it cool this way. Unroll, spread with filling, and roll up again, removing the parchment paper while rolling. Let it set in the refrigerator.

Filling
Pour very cold milk into a tall container, add 2 packets of whipped cream, mix well with a hand mixer, and finally fold in cottage cheese.
