They didn't want a donut, but something...something...no, SOMETHING... It was clear to me brighter than the sun that she was craving something better. :D So, here's another variation of our favorite flour cake...

Instructions

1

Peel the apples, remove the cores, and then slice them thinly. Line a smaller baking sheet with higher edges (I have 32x22cm, but it could easily be a bit larger), line with parchment paper, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, arrange the apples, sprinkle with vanilla sugar, pour the batter on top, and bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 30 minutes.

2

Whisk the yolks with sugar into a thick foam, add warm water and oil, then mix in flour with baking powder, and finally fold in beaten egg whites with a pinch of salt. Once cooled, flip it over (I transferred it to an equally sized deep baking sheet), line with parchment paper, spread with cream, sprinkle with grated chocolate or Granko, and refrigerate to set on the next day.

3

Cook a thick pudding from milk, sugar, and pudding powders, and thoroughly stir in butter while still hot. Let it cool, beat with a hand mixer, and then gradually fold in sour cream. Spread the finished cream on the cake, sprinkle with chocolate, and refrigerate to set.
