Cake dough
Separate egg yolks from whites. Mix 6 egg yolks with powdered sugar. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add the stiff egg whites to the mixture. Add coarse flour and baking powder. Place the mixture on a pre-greased and floured baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at a medium heat until the dough is baked (about 20-30 minutes). Pierce with a knife, if it doesn't stick, the dough is ready. Cut it in half and let it cool.
Filling
Bring 600 ml of milk to a boil. Mix liquid sweetener with the remaining milk and 3 packets of pudding in a bowl, then pour into the pot with milk. Stir for about 1 minute until thickened and off the heat (not boiling), then mix in the butter. Spread strawberry jam on the first half of the cake. Spread the filling on the jam and cover with the second half of the cake. Make a glaze by melting chocolate over steam. Pour it over the cake and spread the chocolate nicely. Arrange edible decorations on top of the chocolate (edible flowers). I also used edible silver balls.
Promotion hat dough
Prepare similarly to the cake dough. Separate egg yolks from egg whites. Mix egg yolks with sugar. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add the stiff egg whites to the mixture. Add semi-coarse flour, vanilla sugar, and baking powder. Bake in a preheated oven at a medium heat until the dough is baked. After baking, cut the dough into circles, spread jam on top, then spread the remaining filling. Place the remaining cut dough on top, spread filling on all sides.
Mix fondant with food coloring (I couldn't find black, so I used blue). It doesn't look bad like this! Spread blue fondant on our small cake covered with filling and smooth it out.
Top of the hat
Place more chocolate between two wafers, and if you want, you can use filling and cover these wafers with blue fondant. Create a tassel from white base fondant on top of the hat. Shape it as you like. Place the entire hat on the cake (you decide where). Promotion Cake is ready :) Enjoy!
