Cook the spaghetti in salted water until 'al dente' (I use semolina).

Fry the bacon or pancetta in a pan.

Add the cooked spaghetti directly from the water (I also add a little water straight from the spaghetti). Toss, add the egg yolk and Parmesan.

Turn off the heat immediately. Do not boil anymore to prevent the eggs from curdling. Stir, season with salt, pepper, and serve. Enjoy!
