Instructions

1

In a small pot, heat olive oil. Then sauté finely chopped shallot until glassy. Add tuna chunks, canned tomatoes or passata, and mix well. While the sauce is heating, cook pasta in a large pot. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and transfer it to the baking dish.

2

Season the heated tomato sauce with soy sauce, black pepper, and a pinch of chili and pour it over the pasta. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella and mix well to combine all ingredients. Before placing the pasta in an oven preheated to 200 °C, sprinkle the pasta with cheese to create a cheesy crust on top. You can add a few cherry tomatoes on top. Bake the pasta in the oven for about 20 minutes until crispy but not too long to avoid being too hard on top. Garnish the baked pasta with fresh basil leaves before serving. Enjoy ;)
