1
Raw rolls
300ml wet milk, 450g plain flour, 3 teaspoons sugar crystals, 1 and 1/2 teaspoons salt, 3 tablespoons oil, 1/2 cube fresh yeast (21g), and also 18 slices of processed cheese (also individually packaged in cellophane), 1 egg yolk and 2 tablespoons milk.

Dough processed and proofed in a bakery, divide into 18 pieces, make loaves and let rest for about 10 minutes under plastic wrap. Then roll out each individually into a rectangle, place a slice of cheese on one half and then fold the other half several times with a sharp knife (to the edge), roll it up and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Let proof under plastic wrap for about 45 minutes, then brush with egg yolk mixed with milk and bake at 190 degrees for about 15 minutes.
