Dukátové buchtičky with banana cream: Crumble yeast into a pot with warm milk, add sugar and a tablespoon of plain flour, mix thoroughly and let the yeast rise. Pour both flours into a bowl (of course, use only plain flour for baking), salt and lemon zest, pour in the risen yeast, add egg yolks, melted butter and mix smooth non-sticky dough.
Let it rise for about 1 hour with the bowl covered with plastic wrap, then turn it out onto a work surface, divide it into 4 pieces, roll each into a long snake and cut into small pieces. Pour them into a smaller baking dish (28x22cm), where you poured melted butter (about 50g), nicely coat all the buchtičky from all sides (use a brush, butter knife or your own hands) and arrange them so that the buchtičky lie nicely next to each other, put them back into a plastic bag and let them rise nicely (about 45 minutes).
Bake for 30 minutes at 160 degrees and immediately after taking out of the oven, lightly brush with butter.
Cream
I used banana pudding to my son's liking). Of course, you can also use vanilla pudding, it's up to you. Mix everything and cook a thin pudding. Don't be afraid of rum, the food is indeed intended for children, but the alcohol will evaporate and only the aroma will remain.
