Sift the flour into a bowl. Heat about half a cup of milk until warm. Make a well in the flour, pour in the warm milk, crumble the yeast, and add a teaspoon of granulated sugar. Mix gently with a fork, cover, and let the dough rise in a warm place.
Once the dough has risen, add eggs, salt, sour cream, and the rest of the warm milk to the flour. Start kneading the dough. I prefer to knead it by hand, but nowadays most households probably use a kitchen robot. If the dough is too thick, add a little more milk and knead until it is ready to rise - about 20 minutes. Lightly dust with flour, cover, and let it rise.
Turn out the risen dough onto a board, divide it and form small loaves, which are then rolled out into circles (from 1kg of flour you will get about 10-11 langos, each about 25cm in diameter). Fry the circles in hot oil.
Brush the cooked langos with garlic, add tartar sauce, grated cheese, a few drops of ketchup, and enjoy :)
