I made it from six medium potatoes, peeled them, cut them into cubes, slightly fried them in butter, added water, enough to cover the potatoes.

Then bay leaf and allspice, when the potatoes were halfway soft, I poured in a little cream and then cream beaten with flour, stirred until the potatoes were soft and seasoned with vinegar and sugar, so it was neither too sweet nor too sour. And that's it :)
