Peel the potatoes and either puree them with a mixer or grate them. In a bowl, mix them well with eggs, soy sauce, seasoning, marjoram (or dill, it's up to you), garlic, finely chopped onion, cheese, and ham.

Fry the pancakes on a hot pan with oil. For garnish, add spring onion and you can also add sour cream :)
