Ingredients
Instructions
Wash, dry, and salt the pork tenderloin. In a heated fat, sauté chopped onions and then sauté the whole piece of meat on them. Turn the meat to brown and seal from all sides. Add tomato puree to the drippings, pour water, and simmer covered, occasionally basting until tender. Remove the tender meat and slice into portions.
Clean and slice the carrots into rounds, place separately in another pot. Add chopped sweet-sour pickles and peas. Pour in a little water and slowly simmer until half-cooked, so the carrots are not overcooked. Thicken the sauce (without vegetables) with flour mixed in milk. Simmer slowly for at least 20 minutes. Then strain the sauce into another pot, soften with cream, and add the stewed vegetables. Simmer for only 5 minutes while stirring constantly. Enhance the flavor with lemon juice.
