Fry the onions, add the meat and sauté slightly, add salt, pepper, juniper berries, ground paprika, pour in wine, water, and let it simmer until the meat softens. Finally, add vinegar and simmer briefly.

For a small garnish, I used a slice of red onion. Serve with dumplings - in the photo is a mushroom dumpling.
