The recipe has been lying around here for a while waiting to be tried. I must say, this is not your typical fluffy cake. However, it is fluffy and moist, not too sweet, not heavy, and we really like it.

Instructions
1
Beat butter with sugars using a hand electric mixer until fluffy, then gradually add eggs one by one and finally mix in the mixture of nuts, breadcrumbs, cinnamon, lemon zest, baking powder, dried cranberries, and salt.
2
Pour the mixture into a pan for a bishop's bread, lined with parchment paper, and bake for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Baking time and temperature are approximate. Adjust mainly based on your oven's characteristics and test for doneness with a skewer.
3
Let the finished bread cool in the pan, then turn it out and completely cool before pouring with chocolate glaze.
4
Chocolate Glaze
30g of pure fat (Omega), 150g of quality cooking chocolate (I use 52% from Lidl).
