In a bowl, beat the egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form, then gradually fold in the yolks and oil, and finally beat the instant pudding mix without cooking. We really do not cook it, just fold in the dry powder!
Spread the batter on a large baking sheet (42x32cm), lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees. Let the baked sponge cool, then spread with cream and roll tightly while peeling off the parchment paper. Decorate the roll with chocolate frosting and refrigerate for an hour to set.
Cream
Just beat everything thoroughly with a hand mixer and then lightly spread it on the sponge.
Frosting
Heat the cream in a saucepan and pour it over chopped chocolate in a bowl. Let it sit for a while and then mix it smoothly with a plastic spatula. This frosting cuts beautifully and does not crack when set.
