Instructions

In a bowl, start beating butter with sugar and gradually add eggs one by one and beat thoroughly. Add grated apples and milk, then mix in the flour mixture, baking powder, cocoa, and a pinch of salt. Mix well and pour into a smaller baking dish with higher edges (32x22cm). Bake for 30 minutes at 170 degrees. Let it cool completely and then spread with whipped cream.

Chocolate Whipped Cream

+ ingredient: 1 packet of hot chocolate preparation powder (20g, I used from company Samantha with cherry flavor).

Whip the cream with sugar and stabilizer, and finally beat in the chocolate powder. Spread on the cooled crust and decorate with chocolate sticks (hovineka). Sorry, I hope no one minds, but I had to. Kids say it from an early age.
