Ingredients: 4 KS Egg yolks; 150 g Granulated sugar; 5 PL Hot water; 100 g All-Purpose Flour; 1 balíček Baking powder; 1 PL Cocoa Powder; 1 PL Black Coffee; 1 KS Egg White; 1 balenie Caramel pudding; 0,5 l Full-Fat Milk; 1/2 KS Butter; 4 PL Granulated sugar; 2 KS Sour cream

Instructions

Biscuit, mix everything together .. don't forget to beat the egg whites into stiff peaks. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet 32x22 cm and bake for 20 minutes at 160 degrees.

Cream

Cooked pudding from 1/2l of milk, 1 caramel pudding powder and 1 tablespoon of instant coffee let it cool and then beat with 1/2 butter and 4 tablespoons of sugar.

On top, 2 sour creams sweetened to taste and cocoa. Let it cool in the fridge until set.
