I have made many bubble cakes, but this recipe is truly the best. The bubble cake is moist, fluffy, and delicate like a spider web. The recipe is for a smaller baking tray.

250 g All-Purpose Flour
200 g Granulated sugar
2 Eggs Egg
1/2 tsp Baking powder
150 g White yogurt
60 g Oil
300 g Fruit

Instructions

Whisk eggs with sugar until foamy. Add oil and plain yogurt and continue whisking for a while.

Finally, fold in sifted flour with baking powder using a spatula.

Grease a smaller baking tray measuring about 27 x 22 with fat and dust with flour. Spread the prepared batter evenly on the tray and place the fruit according to your preference. This time, I used pitted cherries.
