We need As needed coarse-grained salt, flour, water Make a yeast from 50 ml of warm milk, sugar, and yeast. In a mixer, add flour, salt, remaining warm milk, and lard. After rising, pour in the yeast and knead at a medium-low speed until the dough is smooth. Then place the dough in a warm place to rise for 1 hour.
After rising, place the dough on a rolling pin and divide it into pieces weighing about 20g, from which you will make balls. Then roll out a triangle from each ball, from which you roll up the bun. Roll vertically first and then horizontally.
When the buns are done like this, let them rise on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for 10 minutes. Then sprinkle with water and you can sprinkle with coarse-grained salt or poppy seeds.
Pour water into another baking dish and place it on the bottom of the oven. Preheat the oven to 240 degrees. Bake with water like this for 5 minutes, then remove the water from the oven and bake for about 6-8 minutes, watching carefully.
After baking the buns, transfer them preferably to a wire rack and sprinkle with water again. Enjoy!
