Instructions

Cook the rice traditionally with vegetable broth.

Cut the chicken breasts into cubes. In a pan, add oil, chicken cubes, tomato puree, salt, dried garlic, and black ground pepper. Fry well for about 10 minutes.

Add water and frozen vegetables and fry well again.

Add the whole mixture to the cooked rice and mix well.

Serve with grated mozzarella.
