In a bowl, mix eggs, flour, milk, cheese, and mayonnaise - a thick coating will form.

Coat the meat in the coating and fry in hot oil or bake on a baking sheet with parchment paper (200°C, about 20 minutes).

Boil the potatoes in salted water, drain, add butter, and chopped parsley.

For an even juicier result, add a pinch of granulated garlic or paprika to the coating. And if you bake them in the oven, turn on the grill for a few minutes at the end - they will beautifully brown.
