Prepare the pork neck as follows: Wash the meat, slice it, and coat it with oil. Add spices, salt, and caraway seeds.

Place sauerkraut on half of a baking sheet and the meat on top. Put potatoes on the other half of the baking sheet.

Prepare the potatoes as follows: Wash the potatoes, cut them into wedges with the skin on, and drizzle with oil.

Season with salt and pepper. Bake everything for 200 minutes at 190°C with ventilation. Enjoy the taste!
