This liqueur was created one winter evening when I wanted to sweeten the evening for my wife with something sweet and warming. After a few attempts, I refined the recipe so that I no longer make it just for the holidays - a few ingredients are enough, and you get homemade Baileys that tastes like the original. And honestly? Maybe even better.

Instructions

1

Dissolve the coffee in 2 tbsp hot water and let it cool.

2

In a blender or with a whisk, mix the cream, condensed milk, coffee, cocoa, vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Then slowly pour in the whisky and mix briefly.

3

Pour into a bottle and let it sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours (ideally overnight). The flavors will blend beautifully.

4

Store in the fridge, consume within 2 weeks. Shake gently before serving.
