Do not worry, this is not an advertisement for cookies, I still can't bake seriously... :) :) But currently on the internet there is a circulating recipe for a super refreshing coffee treat and I was just thinking how to use instant coffee, when we got used to good freshly ground coffee with the purchase of a French press.

Pour coffee and sugar into a pot, add hot water and whisk until a thick foam is formed. My first attempt with a whisk was not completely successful, so I took my special spiral whisk for help and on the second try I whipped up a great foam that held up well.

Pour chilled milk into a glass, if desired, you can add an ice cube, and top it with a spoonful of coffee foam.

We can decorate with cocoa or some chocolate sprinkle according to preferences.

The foam itself is very distinctive, but combined with milk it is a wonderfully refreshing drink.
