Collect flowers in clean places in sunny weather. All of them should be in full bloom, fragrant, and dry. We use freshly picked flowers without subsequent washing. From the specified amount of ingredients, cook about 10 liters of syrup.

I added 40 pieces of elderflower to cold water. I let it steep for 48 hours. Then I strained it and added 3 kilograms of sugar to boil. In the end, I added citric acid. A fine foam started to form on the surface while boiling, but it disappeared after boiling. I stirred well, poured the syrup into bottles.
