Mix sugar with zucchini, gradually add the remaining ingredients.

Bake on a greased and floured baking sheet. 40 times 30 cm.

After cooling, spread with jam, I used apricot. Drizzle with chocolate icing and sprinkle with shredded coconut.

Apples can be used instead of zucchini. Good taste.
