2x pack BeBe biscuits
light
6x cup Sour cream
total 1200g
200 g Granulated sugar
1 tsp Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Black Coffee
0.5 dl Rum
to taste

Instructions

In a bowl, mix 3 sour creams with 100g of sugar crystals and add rum to taste.

In another bowl, mix the remaining 3 sour creams with the remaining 100g of sugar crystals and add cocoa, coffee, and rum.

Prepare a small mold or baking dish (I used a small tray with higher edges measuring 26x21cm), line the bottom with cookies, pour 2/3 of the light cream, arrange cookies, pour 2/3 of the dark cream, again arrange cookies and pour the remaining cream in a zigzag pattern to create a marble effect. I poured alternately light and dark stripes using a coffee spoon and finally ran the inverted end of a coffee spoon across the entire length of the tray alternately here and there.

Let it set nicely overnight in the refrigerator.
