Ingredients

170 g Butter
100 g Brown Sugar
100 g Granulated sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Sugar
300 g All-purpose flour
2 tsp Egg
1/2 tsp Baking powder
2 tbsp Milk
400 g Cooking Chocolate

Instructions

Mix butter with all kinds of sugar. Add eggs, milk and flour mixed with baking powder. Chop the chocolate into smaller pieces (according to taste) and add 2/3 to the dough. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper and use a spoon to place dough balls a few cm apart, as the cookies will spread during baking. Gently flatten the surface of the balls and press pieces of the remaining chocolate into them. Bake in a preheated oven for about 10 to 13 minutes. Remove from the tray after cooling.

Cookies, or American cookies, are excellent, crispy and irresistibly delicious. Enjoy :-)
