Whisk eggs with granulated and vanilla sugar until foamy. Add sour milk, oil, sifted flour, cocoa, baking soda, and mix everything well together. Pour onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or greased with oil and dusted with flour, and bake for about 20 minutes at 180°C.

Spread jam or preserves on the baked cake and drizzle with chocolate that has been melted with wax. Let it cool and serve.
