Prepare the bubble cake as follows: In a bowl, mix crystal sugar with eggs. Mix well for at least 5 minutes with a mixer.

Add vanilla pudding, vanilla sugar, and milk. Mix well. Slowly add flour and baking powder. Finally, add oil and mix.

Pour the batter onto a buttered and floured baking sheet. Arrange red currants on the batter. Bake for 40-45 minutes at 200°C.

Serve the finished bubble cake with a cup of coffee.
