1 package of Hermelin cheese (I used Kráľov syrov), 6 slices of quality ham (I used bone-in), oil for frying. Cut the cheese into six wedges and wrap each piece tightly in a slice of ham. Secure with a toothpick and fry in oil until golden brown.

Serve with mashed potatoes or on a lettuce salad with potato croquettes (I discovered a half-empty bag while cleaning out the freezer)
