Instructions

In a large pot, add warm water, salt, and arrange individual lasagna sheets in a cross pattern. Let them soak until you prepare the spinach mixture.

Sauté chopped onion and garlic in oil, add spinach, cook for about 10 minutes. Then add melted cheese, salt, pepper, and cook for another 5 minutes.

Prepare a greased baking dish, place the first layer of lasagna, pour some spinach mixture, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Then layer another layer of pasta, spinach mixture, and grated cheese. Create the third layer in the same way. Pour 2dl of water over it and bake at 150°C for 20 minutes.

Mix white yogurt with the remaining hard cheese, spread over the lasagna and bake for another 10 minutes at 150°C. Enjoy!
