I harvested the last zucchinis of this year. This year they brought me great joy, my girls were so green. They grew like they had a purpose. And believe it or not, even my man regretted that there won't be any more homemade ones.

Cod or cod-like fillet - Alaskan cod fillet with zucchini and tartar potatoes: Fish: Let the fillet thaw, then pat dry between towels, season with salt and pepper, herbs, place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Towards the end of baking, drizzle with melted butter.

Zucchini

Melt butter in a pan, sauté onions, add zucchini, salt, herbs, and simmer with occasional stirring covered until tender. Then pour in cream and simmer, optionally thicken with a ready-made roux.

Potatoes

Peel and wash the potatoes, cut into quarters or sixths (depending on size), place in a bowl, cover with cold water and let them 'soak' for about 10 minutes. Then drain and pat dry with a towel.

In a bowl, mix tartar sauce, oil, ground paprika, ground black pepper, and salt, then add the potatoes to this mixture. Thoroughly mix by hand and place individually on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, flat side up. Bake for about 40 minutes at 170 degrees.
