Instructions

1
Fish

Cut several slices on the skin side of the salmon and lay it skin down on a cutting board, drizzle with lemon juice and let it rest for an hour. Then season the meat on both sides with salt and pepper and fry in oil with a little butter, two crushed garlic cloves, and a sprig of fresh rosemary.

2

Peel, wash, and slice the potatoes into approximately 3mm thick slices. Grease a baking dish with butter and layer the bottom with a layer of potatoes, closely next to each other, lightly salt, place another layer, lightly salt again, sprinkle with dried garlic and rosemary, place another layer of potatoes and salt again. Continue this way around, lightly salt each layer, sprinkle dried garlic and rosemary on every other layer.

3

Then pour cream over everything, tightly cover the baking dish and bake at 180 degrees until half-cooked (about 45 minutes). Then uncover the lid and bake the potatoes until golden brown.
