1

Thaw the fillets and gently press out excess water. Season with salt on both sides, coat in plain flour, dip in the batter, and fry in a deep layer of oil on both sides until golden brown. Let drain on a paper towel.

2

Wash peeled potatoes, cut into quarters or sixths (depending on size), place in a bowl, cover with cold water, and let soak for about 10 minutes. Then drain and pat dry with a towel. In a bowl, mix tartar sauce, oil, ground paprika, ground black pepper, and salt, then add the potatoes to this mixture. Thoroughly mix by hand and place individually on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, flat side up. Bake for about 40 minutes at 170 degrees.
