My mom taught me this recipe. We used to have it on every major holiday and I have passed on this tradition and now I make it regularly :)

Melt CERA in a double boiler, add powdered sugar and mix well. Then add eggs and mix until everything is nicely combined. Then add cocoa and mix for about 1 minute. Remove from heat and gradually add raisins, chopped jelly candies, chopped nuts, and broken wafer sheets. Pour the mixture onto aluminum foil sprinkled with coconut so that rolling it creates a cylinder similar to a "pressed cake". Put it in the fridge overnight to set.
