total 800g, 15%
2 packets Vanilla Sugar
Powdered Sugar
to taste
100 ml Milk
0.5 dl Amaretto
can also be regular rum
Coconut Flour
for sprinkling

Instructions

No-Bake Sponge Cake Tunnel with Peaches: In a bowl, mix sour cream with vanilla and powdered sugar.

Line a mold for a bishop's bread with plastic wrap. Place a layer of ladyfingers soaked in a mixture of milk and Amaretto on the bottom. Spread with a bit of cream, arrange drained and sliced fruit on top, spread with cream again, and layer with another layer of soaked ladyfingers.

Followed by another layer of cream, fruit, cream, and ladyfingers. Top with a thin layer of cream, sprinkle with grated coconut, and refrigerate, preferably overnight, to set.

Then just flip it out, remove the wrap, and decorate according to taste and imagination. We have such a "naked" beauty.
