2 pack BeBe biscuits
3 tbsp Sour cream
total 600g
3 tbsp Vanilla Sugar
Rum
to taste, optional
1/2 pack Coconut pudding
Dr. Oetker instant pudding
100 g Cooking Chocolate
I use 52% chocolate from Lidl
100 g Sour Cream
33%

Instructions

In a bowl, mix sour cream with sugar and rum, then whisk in the Olé instant pudding powder without cooking. Spread each biscuit with the resulting cream, stack them upright, and place them on a plate. Let it set in the fridge overnight and then spread with chocolate icing.

Icing

Break the chocolate into a bowl and pour hot cream over it. Let it melt for a while and then mix it smoothly with a plastic spatula. Immediately spread it on the cake, let it set, and serve.
